Reha ÇIRAK
Chairman of Board of Directors

Reha Çırak, who completed his secondary and high school education at İzmir American High School and İzmir Atatürk High School, completed his undergraduate education at Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration. After starting his career in a finance company in New York, he worked in various multinational companies in the financial sector in Istanbul. In 2003, he was awarded a master's degree from Marmara University Accounting and Finance department. Reha Çırak, who received the CPA License in 2004, attended various training courses in finance at UPENN Wharton, NYU Stern and Columbia Business Schools.

Dr. Mustafa Necip ULUDAĞ
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Necip Uludağ, who is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University Mechanical Engineering, received his master's degree from the joint program of Harvard and Istanbul University International Business Administration and his PhD from the joint program of Milan and Istanbul University. Necip Uludağ, who started his career in Boyner Group in 2001, worked as the Group Coordinator of Benetton and then as the General Manager of Nafnaf and Chevignon. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for Azerbaycan Alfa Yatırım and IPF Uluslararası and Canam Yatırım Fonları established in Texas, USA, as the Vice President of GYIAD for two consecutive terms and as the member of the Board of Directors of TEDMER between 2006 and 2007.

Ömer ÖZBAY

Ömer ÖZBAY is a graduate of the ODTU Sociology Department. From 2003 to 2011, he served as advisor to the Executive Board of the ISE President and Takasbank. From 2011 to 2017, he served as Deputy Prime Minister.

Dr. Sezai BEKGÖZ

A graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences,  Department of Economics, Dr. Sezai Bekgöz served at the Capital Markets Board between 1983-1992, as the Chairman of the Board of Inspectors in Borsa Istanbul between 1992-1998 and as Deputy Chairman of Borsa Istanbul between 1998-2007.  Dr. Sezai Bekgöz served as Takasbank Deputy General Manager between 2007 and 2016.
